Cook It Like Arlo’s!
1. Thaw if frozen
For best results, let the patty thaw in the fridge or on the counter before cooking.
2. Heat the pan or grill
Bring your skillet, griddle, or grill to medium-high heat (around 350°F). Add a little oil or plant-based butter to prevent sticking.
3. Cook the patty
Place the patty on the hot surface and cook for about 1–2 minutes per side. Flip once — you’re looking for a nice golden sear and a warm center.
4. Melt your cheese (optional)
After flipping, add plant-based cheese, splash a little water next to the patty (not on it), and cover with a lid to create steam. That’s our pro tip for keeping the patty juicy and tender.
5. Toast your bun
Butter your buns (if you want) and toast them lightly on the pan or grill — we like to toast both sides for extra flavor and crunch.
6. Build your burger
Stack it up with your favorite toppings and sauces. Get creative — there’s no wrong way to Arlo’s!
